New CMANA CONSTITUTION VOTED and APPROVED

Dear Members:

We are pleased to announce that the new CMANA Constitution and Bylaws have been adopted by CMANA's General Body with the requisite number of votes.

Total Votes: 230
Votes in favor: 204
Votes Against: 1
Invalid Votes: 25

The new constitution is in effect from 1st of May 2006

We thank all members for having participated in the voting and approval process.

We sincerely thank the CMANA constitution committee (Mr G S Subbiah (Chair), Dr Murthy Bhavaraju, Dr V Ramasami, Dr S S Iyer, Mrs. Radhika Chandramouli and Mr Aravind Narasimhan) for their efforts.

We also thank Mr Suri Subban and Mr R Sundar for presiding over the voting and approval process.
